We are looking for a proactive and skilled PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining web applications that power the operations of leading property developers and management companies. Responsible:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel framework) and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL);
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues;
• Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews;
Work closely with business analysts and project stakeholders to deliver impactful features
Requirement:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web application development using PHP (Laravel preferred);
• Solid understanding of SQL, with experience in MSSQL or MySQL;
• Familiar with REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience using version control systems (Git);
• Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal modules and third-party integrations;
• Support and contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment;
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Bonus: Experience in business process applications;
