Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh / Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to participate in sales activities and contribute to business growth, with the ultimate goal of maximizing profit for the company.

A Business Development Executive should thoroughly understand the clients, market, and industry trends. Main responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new business prospects, negotiating deals, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Specifically, a Business Development Executive's common tasks are as follows:

• Conduct international market research to identify potential market segments, and selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and execute business development action plan that aligns with the company’s strategies.
• Effectively drive the leads through the sales pipeline, as well as drive the potential clients into action.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, and listen to their needs and concerns; Consult clients about the company’s services; Prepare quotations and provide information as requested; Negotiate contracts; Update client database.
• Identify, propose, and utilize potential touch point channels with clients, mainly organizations, conferences, and relevant websites.
• Coordinate with Account managers to manage projects from clients and maintain client satisfaction.
• Other jobs assigned by Business Manager and CEO.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT Software, International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in the same position with software companies.
• Good command of business English, both written and spoken; comfortable communicating with foreign clients via email, phone calls, virtual and/or in-person meetings.
• Having a strong passion for sales and international business mindset.
• Possessing a can-do attitude and optimization mindset, being creative, proactive, and supportive.
• Adept at acquiring new knowledge, technology, and sales/marketing techniques.
• Able to work effectively within tight timelines and different time zones
• Good teamwork skills.

Remuneration package
Remote full-time/part-time position. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer performance-based remuneration, and compensation options are negotiable & all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Monthly Basic Salary: Competitive, upto $900
